Maple & Coconut Granola

Cook Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
3 cups rolled oats
1/2 tsp. sea salt
3/4 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut shreds
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded coconut, flaked coconut, coconut oil, oats, and almonds.
  3. Stir in the maple syrup and mix well.
  4. Add in the brown sugar and salt. Stir again.
  5. Spread the granola out evenly onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve.
